its a pretty good idea for running etc but putting it on your thigh when you have a skirt on? and then what ?you just flash the whole store when you try to get your cards?
@TheSweetDream thx for your note, hon. remember it doesn't have to be in your crotch! just underneath close to your hem is fine, too. And if you're using the Velcro style pocket you can just reach underneath (without looking odd) and pull it off. It takes a microsecond and noone is even going to notice. Believe me, I've done this all the time for 3 yrs. It's cake, & makes life easier.
what a great idea - I use this at the gym all the time. It's really comfortable and useful to keep my gym pass, car key & ID. Gym lockers get broken into often....there's no worries when using portapocket. Highly recommended

I love my PortaPockets! They give me so much security when I am out & about. I don't worry about someone swiping my wallet out of my handbag or picking my pocket. Plus, they are far more comfortable than I ever expected. I don't know how I lived without these before!

@ChanShelly It is SO important to keep YOUR ID on your children. My children had my business cards in their backpacks.

It's a good idea, and it looks like a gunholster so if people see it, they might get the right-kind-of-wrong idea.
It's a good idea because I shove my lunch money in my sweatshirt pocket and it falls out on the bus. :/ Seriously considering one of these, lol.

I have put cash in my sock many times. This is a good idea. Who wants to carry all that stuff? Keeps it safe too.
