Read some of the stories of actors who have recently come out and many of them say their agents cautioned them against coming out.

Studios/producers/directors/wr­iters still shy away from gay characters and gay actors.

"Being OUTed" still makes a big pop-culture splash.

Few gay characters are presented in mainstream tv shows or movies.
