This is so true! I lost interest in Rave about 94. At, or around that time, house music took over for me. But the energy of the music between 90 to 92 was the best. Good observation - and right about the chavs.
@earlydoorsjones I left school in the summer of 92 when the rave scene had hit its peak and it was all downhill from there and that scene died around 93/94 so i never got the experiance of being at a proper rave. The music was all so fresh and original back then. The hardcore stuff of 91-93 is legendary and i still cain it even now. The rave scene gave us the Prodigy who still make great records nearly 20 years later.
I can't believe it - "Time to get some Jungle in the field". I always wondered where that sample had come from (it was on DJ Taktik - "The Way" I think). Awesome stuff, wish I was there.

Definitely Top Buzz's best mix of all time i heard plenty other top buzz mixes and none of them come close to this, this mix is one of the very best of that time awesome memories
