Hey ArEs7210 what is the process of being an operator of excavators and else?, Is it required to have a license? Is the company willingly inviting a people who don't have a skills on machines? Thx for videos :-)

You don't need a licens to drive machines, and yes a company is willing, to take in new inexperienced people, and teach the how to drive the machines.

When somebody is starting to be an operator for example excavator, from which machines is he starting? I guess he can't operate for example Volvo EC290 or Cat 325D on your videos (-: sorry for english i still learn.

Noo they start on some of the smaller equipment most times. but some times they get a go on one of the bigger machines. like the rookie, you can se in one of my movies, driving a Volvo L120 wheelloader.
