Not really, especially when you've got games like Uncharted 2 and God of War 3 on PS3.  No amount of changing settings is going to make any 360-only game look as good as some PS3-only games.

Of course, as far as multiplats are concerned, they can certainly look just as good on both systems. But exclusives are a different story.
