Really nice voice ,it is a pity in those days they were probably directed to have a big "hollywood type ending, that moved it from an emotional heart felt love song to a failed stage blockbuster. How often natural talent is spoiled.

@1lordthorpe Hi thanks for the reply, I knew it was a hit for her but I thought it was a re-release from the 60s. This lady is so classy I bought some of her records in the 60s but was not too familiar with her work until You Tube, I love the obscure stuff from my teens that you can find on You Tube! Thanks to hsp100.

Great voice - I loved this when it came out (I was 13), and now unfortunately, the lyrics ring very true for me :(
