im not saying nissan is way better or anythin...but id take the gtr cuz im not a middle aged white guy going thru a midlife crisis..Im a young guy thats into cars but not so much modding them. I like lambos porsches etc..but id rather have an orange GTR than a porsche. GtR appeals to me more..I like german cars..too..but jap cars have this thing about them...There kool and fairly reliable. My first car was a shitty paseo.but when you stepped on the gas..it was a fuckin pocket rocket lol

The GTR is the most overrated crap car ever! Some free advice... If you are going to spend the money, save up for the 911 turbo. With void warrentee etc, in a year the GTR will have cost more anyway.

Besides the oh so many favorable and unfavorable videos here,we have lots of comparisons with pretty much all sport, super and whatever overpriced car in the streets these days. So yeah,I know quite a lot,as in the engines are hand assembled,so they're a tad different from each other, the human in the drive seat is the thing that can make it faster or not, that the computers are there to save your ass in case you screw up and so forth.And Porsche? The only oneIwould ever buy is the Carrera GT.

And so I do know most things well know about the GT-R. And IMO the only Porsche really interesting to drive is the Carrera GT, the others are just the same old same old (same body/face with diferent engines and some other thins like AWD in the 911 Turbo or RWD in GT3), and thus do not impress me at all. Unfortunatelly Porsche stoped making them...it was a sad day when I got that info.

Something is wrong with this GT-R... either the other cars have no co-driver, or they are not stock or this GT-R is not fast enough. The SLR was faster as expected, but 997 turbo should not be faster than GT-R
