I reckon James Reyne is a great singer. Up there with the best of them like Elvis, John Lennon, Roy Orbison, Leonard Cohen, Simon & Garfunkel - just to name a few. His distinct style is what sets him apart from manufactured varieties like John Farnham, The MOnkeys etc etc and of course today's trash.

Yes they do. I remember seeing them at the Frankston Hotel in 1981(?) They didn't know enough songs to do an encore, so they repeated songs they had already played that night. No one cared. They were a great band and they were great times. The Melbourne music scene was explosive. *sigh*
