I don't understand how a 50-year old guy would experience this. How in the world he wouldn't know that he "inhaled(?) or swallowed(?) it. A spoon that has a complete and very visible "WENDY'S" on it?? Hmm.

This kind of crap should be investigated well, and if found out that it was intentionally done for monetary reason, he should go to jail and all the accessory to this nonsense crap. If he didn't use the spoon for intended purpose, that's his fault, no one should be blamed.
