@fearlesshawk583 are you using it for a specefic application? (i.e. skype) or system itself? try system preferences > sounds and choose your audio input. if in skype go to TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL>AUDIO SETTINGS and choose Lifecam as your input.. (also make sure that the application/drivers are installed properly)
