I let my little brother play sims 3 for the first time and he got a leaky pipe challange I was a little jealous but it didnt give gems or deathfish all it got him was a repairman to fix it all :/

The orange ghost means they died of fire, Black ghost die of electric shock....

Btw, The challenge does depend on your trait, It depends on the lot you buy

The monotone always has that challenge.

i had this on the same lot as you too, i thought it happened because i called my sim "Lucifer" :P anyway i didn't let the ghost buster get rid of them and i still have them after about 30 days on my sim xD they still come out and i once sat on a chair while a ghost was inside it :P

Lol, I found a ghost in my sim's house, (and my sim has a friendly trait) So, we had friendly conversations, and the ghost likes it to, but the audio for his talking...seems a...little evil.

@buffbrandon1 Thats cool. When i did that its a pain to be friends with ghosts anyways. Once they're gone when it starts being lighter out then they go away and they're relationship pic is taken off from your relationships. It really sucks. :/

You can pull the stones yourself in build mode . I dig playing . I love building big houses . let me know if you need cheat codes. :o)tm *****
