Top feature Jon! Love the choice fo music that goes with it aswell which is what makes us a totally different culture to the boring arrogant rugby snobs.
"I don't understand the mentality of those who boast their support of clubs they live miles away from and have no emotional connection to, they get their kicks from their armchair, in front of satilite TV. They'll never feel the elation I feel. What I experience is real, for better or worse, i'm part of it" - Jonathan Owen,
Excellent stuff. When the Maerdy miners returned to work in 1984 Mick Villain & myself joined them - wearing Trimm Trabs, Burberry jackets & Aquascutum Scarfs!
That's what it's all about. I'm a Sunderland and I hate you all when I come down for the match, but I totally admire your passion and there's always a fantastic atmosphere and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love footy me like :-)
YOU JACK BASTARD! Amazing piece of journalism. Aged 8, I got Tosh's autograph with my big brother in 1969. Big Four? Bollocks innit? All the real people I know would rather be real fanS of a real club. Non-football friends can't understand why we're so exhausted after the weekend. They don't understand the camaraderie, the build-up, the excitement, the journey we've had together. Its been brilliant and despite not winning, me, my family, and my City mates would not have missed it for the world.
Excellent piece of journalism. That's the first time the media have expressed the reality as I, and many others like me, know it. Superb. Glad the country got to see it. Still gutted about City!

What a great piece, it completely sums up supporting a smaller club.

Fantastic.
I'm 14 and went to my first game at 6 weeks old.
I cried when the team walked out on May 17th.
CCFC is my life.

Does anyone know what the final piano piece of music is called? I've been hunting it ever since this was on!

Thanks for posting. First time I´ve seen this and what a remarkable piece of work to epitomise the essence of being a fucking BLUEBIRD.
We all dream that one day will be our day but it matters not what success we achieve.
This club is in my heart
This club is in my soul
WE are Cardiff City FC
WE are the BLUEBIRDS!!

Cardiff is not my City
But City is my team.
When the coal comes from the Rhondda,
And the water's running fine,
With my little pick and shovel,
I'll be there!
