sup man.. question for you..everytime when i create my own drum kits..the volume is low.. i try to bring up the volume somehow in edit in fl studio.. but its still a bit low.. any thoughts...anybody?

@Blokheadz if you have a look at a tutorial on using compression effects in sound recording, it will explain how it works and show you how to use it. I'm a noob too, but I think if you do some research yourself, it would be better than someone like me trying explain it to you.

When i save them and put them in my browser i clcik on them to listen and it cuts the beat short but when i put it in a new channel it plays the whole song. Where did i mess up? please help

I have a problem that maybe you could help me with..It's not about this, it's about the notes and patterns aligning to the boxes they lay out for you to have them in certain sections...my patterns and notes for some reason stopped aligning with those boxes and snapping to them so they have that correct timing...it's very annoying...RSVP

Nelson, you know the sounds that already come with fl studio, such as Pads and Vintage. i want to use "Pad_lightwaves" and "VT_BD_2", and "Blown bottle" from Sytrus (which is in .dll format) in Cubase. Would this tutorial help me accomplish that?

Can someone help me? I used your tempo automation tutorial, and it worked for the most part but once I increased the tempo, the pitch of the samples changed from their original pitch. What can I do to stop that from happening, so that the pitch isn't changed but ONLY the tempo is?

I found out that yes, you can sample a part of a song (for example, the hook) and put it on your cell phone as your ringtone, pretty useful stuff

When you put the song into the playlist or whatever. Lower the note of the sample/sound.

yes, but it requires a few tries before you get the right bpm settings: you can use the time stretch/pitch shift tool to do it. It's not a certain procedure and it may take time to get it right but for me it worked just fine :)
