  • I always love your exercises cause I can usually do them anywhere. :) I'm looking forward to doing these. I'm wondering if you could do something to slim down arms. I have a good bit of under arm fat I wanna lose. I've been doing mostly push-ups but I don't think it's helping with that unless I just need more time? But yeah it'd be great if you could have something for arms for tank tops and tshirt season. :-p

  • He Sarah! Im 15 and i am around average weight for my age id say, and Ive realized that i have some excess fat around my thigh and but. I know that im not fat and that im young, but i want to make sure i get fit now so that in the future it wont be a pain! :) any work out ideas? thanks:)

  • Hey Sarah! I have been following your videos for a while, but I was wondering if you had any ideas for switching up a cardio routine. I find myself always jogging on a treadmill or a track, and lately I've been getting "shin splints" and want to find some other ways to burn fat. :) Thanks!

    I have a question but it isn't related to trouble spots. I'm trying to build more muscle because I feel like I am too thin. How would you recommend bulking up, but in a healthy way?

  • @hiddenradiance YOU WILL NOT BULK UP. Lift weights. YOU WILL NOT BULK UP unless you have genes that make it very easy to add muscle which you most likely do NOT since you think you are too thin.

  • You're so toned, I'm jealous! Good news! Last Summer I was a size 14 and now my size 14 clothes fall right off! I'm about a 10 right now, but I'm hoping to be an 8 by summer. Any suggestions? I already eat about 1400 calories a day and exercise at least 30 minutes a day (Walking home from school) Any suggestions on how to lose this stubborn lazy weight? Thanks :) Abby

  • I tried the first 2 exercises and didn't really feel anything and I was squeezing my glutes. Maybe I was doing it wrong. the 3rd one worked though.

    I would like exercises to lose weight (legs and abs fat) if that is possible please! I'm already doing 45 minutes (treadmill) and doing some abs exercises, it's working but I need something for skinny legs and more exercises for my little belly:(

    Question: How do you come up with these moves? Do you create them yourself or learn them from somebody?

  • @k8myLUNCH Awesome question! I have been an avid reader of women's health, shape, self, etc for 10 years. You also learn moves when you study to be a PT. I also love to take new classes where I learn many new moves. These moves though were taken from a new book I recently received from Women's Health called the Big Book of Exercises. It's a great resource!! I know most moves, it's just a matter of combining what together.

We are friends though and it wasn't intentional, I know many YouTubers think we "compete" but we actually work together behind the scenes, talking on the phone once a week. We've shared titles in the past by accident, I"m sure it wont be the last time.

  • back or lat exercises id like you to do! presently i do pull ups, cable rows, dumbell rows and lat pull downs for my back and they help alot but would like to see anyother exercise that i can add to my back routine i do once a week:)

  • since i lost so much weight my tummy is a bit wubbly and my arms got this fat jiggle. would you recommend anything else for me but those? i aim to be able to do runs+walks and 4-5times a week. i do 45min's of walk for now, want to get to an hour, then some more.

    what would you recommend though for my arms and belly and shape my legs a little? thank you and have a great day n_n

  • @HimitsuDollz Try walking first thing in the am before breakfast - there are many conflicting studies but see if it works for you. Check out my beginner workout here on YouTube for help on legs and belly and arms

    I currently do my walks in the morning but i do have oatmeal with an apple and some yogurt/tehina(sesame) for protein

    I read i shouldnt do walks before breakfast on the net but then some other people said it's good.

    I will try that.

    I'm new to your channel and i love it so far! so many great stuff, also checked your blog and love the recipes you got on there.

    I've been changing my life style, i started 8months ago and lost 44ilbs (20kgs) so far. I haven't been doing any exercise at first and was in bad shape! i started going out for walks last week. 3times a week+ strength training
