You can order it from play-asia[.]com.

The controllers are called beatmania iidx konami official controllers (KOC) and the game is called beatmania iidx, there are 17 styles (releases) in total.

The best styles for new players are 10th, 12th, 13th and 16th.

You need a japanese PlayStation2 or a modded/swap-disc PS2.

If you've never played IIDX before you can try beat beat revolution (flash game).

It works on sony PlayStaion2. Except in Japan, I dont know if you can get this controller set easly.
