I do so wish there were some truly truly romantic duets these days. There's been a few duos here and there but none can even touch the powerful voices and pure talent of Eddy and Crystal. Even honest to goodness romantic love songs seem to have fallen by the wayside. Two years ago I posted my comments about this wonderful song and I never tire of watching and listening to this video. Crystal's and Loretta's sister, Peggy Sue, recorded a few songs in the past .Thanks once more for this. - Paula

One of my personally favorite songs which touched my heart (I wanted a boyfriend back then--I was lonely and a romantic). Those were innocent days of great songs across the board. My sweetie and I took our vows on October19th, 1984 and this was our wedding song. I will never forget the wonderful feeling that came with being in her arms as we danced to "Just You And I", I still get that same feeling when I am with my Beth. "nobody should love this way", and is from her 1986 "Straight to the Heart Album". You should be able to find it as used LP or new double CD Album ( reissue of 2 albums on 1 CD).

@midtownkcguy When Crystal came out Eddie actually started the second verse by mistake, however, and Crystal started the first verse cause you can hear her start with the "sharing our love together verse" but she realized he was singing the second verse and she quickly changed it up so as not to mess him up. It had nothing to do with them changing the words here and there. It was a mess up on his part and she covered for him. As I said before, my wife and I sang this song for many weddings!
