you know @hasinthawk you always helped me even it is a sipmple video you almost help me with the tiniest problems and because of your vid you helped me multiple times THANK YOU THANK YOU VERRY MUCH!!
Great vid, love the idea of how to set a background. But I got 1 anoying thing. When I set my jPanel to preffered size [400,300], I still get a bigger screen than I actually wanted. Does anybody know how to fix this?
THANKS SO EFFIN MUCH FOR THIS TUTORIAL!!!! I SPEND SO MUCH TIME FINDIN HOW TO PUT A LABEL IMAGE UNDER A CONTAINER BUT COULDNT CUZ THE STUFF LAYOUT WAS SET TO FREESYLE.
The problem is. i already created all the Frame with free layout. So, when i change to null layout all the components go to the left side of the screen all screw up.
@caverna2000 There's really no way to avoid it, since the components are never really "locked" into position. Its best to start your whole project with null layout if you plan on using a background image in the future.

Just a quick question.
Why are you using NetBeans?

great vid, but there is one problem
Why the button "cancel" turn to "ca..."
when you run the prog?
I have the same problem with text box and other buttons
that work good before I entered the background Pic.
Thanks
