A simple Google search will give you that definition. I think this pretty much describes right wing talk radio and Fox news to a T.

If you don't listen to his show or watch his program on Fox then you're really not going to get this guy. He throws most Lefties off simply because he's real. He may or may not be right on his predictions for the future but he believes every word he says. The history he presents is correct; how it is interpreted depends as much on the viewer as the facts.
