He did it because he's not famous enough, not that I like WWE but theres a retail shop in my home town and they dont sell him because hes not popular enough. But for the faking he did at that place, it's probably a little good for the kids. At least they got to see him. I hope he realized his publicity is their struggle.

Punk is not a really nice guy, which makes moments like this all the more cool. Punk is a major league smart ass from all I've heard of him, and he doesn't really like doing the meet and greet with fans all hours of the day. He's not John Cena, for all the good and bad that entails. He's seems like a pretty private guy to me, why do you think all those rumors about who he's dating are thrown around? And if he seems awkward....it's a kids hospital, they're not exactly fun places to visit.
