What a wonderful story! I read about this in "The Complete Beatles Chronicle" book and had to look it up -- and found this YouTube clip on the "fans." I can't see the same scenario happening today w all the star-tripping egos. Makes u realize why the Beatles were so beloved. They were so down to earth.
