Because American do not know the truth. When Saddam Hussain use chemical weapon against kurd then it is crime in the eye of US. But when Israel use chemical weapon (White Phosphorous) against palastina then it is not a crime in the eyes of US because it will be Anti Semitic according to US constitution. Any thing done by Israel is not supported treat as a Anti Semitic to Jews according to US constitution.
