To the questions regarding the roto-ray on the front. They are more of a traditional piece as they do little today to enhance the warning of a modern emergency vehicle. At one point in time they were quite effective and are being kept around to preserve a part of history. I personally dislike them but I can see the tradition behind them.

@TheNordlingen vermutlich keinen tiefgründigen :D soll denke mal bewirken, dass das fahrzeug besser gesehen wird.. ansonsten siehts doch lustig aus :P
@MzMrTrooper Der Truck ist aber bestens beleuchtet und dass den ihre Warnwirkung deutlich höher ist als die von unseren ist auch klar. Besser mehr Beleuchtung als weniger.
