  • @808Arsenal Pork skins are carbohydrate free and actually contain little fat as it has been rendered out. They do contain a nice amount of protein though....

  • @Cliffva3 oh really? awesome! There's a store at my work place that sells a bag of bbq pork rinds for 99 cents lol. I eat it all the time. Your comment just makes me feel better about eating them lol.

  • @Cliffva3 Pork 'cracklings' are the ones that are bad for you, I think, because they contain a block of meat and fat too.

  • where do you get the pork chips, nowadays?

  • Where do you buy the pork skins for frying? Can you make them yourself? How?

  • @sterlingtaste It's easy but takes a bit of time. Simmer for 1.5 hours. Lay the skin on a cutting board skin side down. Scrape off any fat. Cut into 1 cm squares. Dry them over night in a food dehydrator. If you don't have one use your oven at 70 degrees. If your oven doesn't go that low, just wedge it open with a wooden spoon. Once they're completely dried, they will be brittle. Drop a few into 400 degree oil. You'll know when they're done. Check out the video on my channel to see the frying.

  • are the rinds seasoned?

  • pork crackle is mad and thats a bad ass deep fryer

  • Where do you get the chips like that? Or how do you make them?

  • We order the chips from a company in Chicago....

  • Do you order just the skins and process them for frying yourself, or do they come ready to fry? If they come ready to fry.... what's the name of the company you get them from? I can't find them anywhere.

  • I don't think they have anything to do with skin at all.

  • What is the name of this company?

  • Wow this is yummy!!!!

  • is the skin in any way processed before you fried it? it looked a little weird.

  • The fat is rendered several times from the skin, before we cook them in hot oil.

  • cool, thank you. Great video!!

  • may be gross but taste mad good yummie:]]
