  • I've been wondering this for a while.... I can understand making a mold to create duplicates, But my question is, What material do you recommend I use to create a sculpture ? instead of just using an existing sculpture ? do you have any links to where I can buy the sculpting material?

  • @pbr145 You can use any of the NSP clays or Plastiline clays on our webstore.

  • Will this work on hard plastic?

  • @MrHansolo90210 Yes. Same process. The primer is the key to getting a good bond.

  • WEAR A RESPIRATOR WHILE PRIMING!!!

  • @Claustrophelia Yes indeed!

  • Very neat!

  • Will this work on clay sculptures such as busts.? With the same material.? Also are these materials able to be found in stores that aren't online.?

  • @hammyhottixoxox These are hard materials to find, hence our webstore and the goodies therein. Yes, it will work over fired clay.

  • i was interested in using thic technique on a ceramics piece. will it work and if so, is it necessary to get auto body black primer, or can i use regular spray paint?

  • You only need to seal a bisque fired piece prior to painting.

  • Permalac?

    What is this?

How/when do i apply a coat of that?

    R.S.V.P :)

    Thanks x

  • Permalac is a spray-on clear coat that works offers good UV and corrosion resistance. Permalac would be applied after the final patina has been applied.

  • Thanks x :)

  • Yes. It would need to be sealed with permalac.
