It's funny, really. The guy is talking about acting the game out in a real fight. Even if I wanted to, I definitely wouldn't be able to rip a guys heart out. Pretty sure only the dude from Temple of Doom can do that.

To me MK was a great way to get my agression out. I won't lie when I say I was picked on at school, and since I couldn't actually beat the crap out of or kill my tormentors ripping heads off or hearts out in MK was the next best thing. I just pretended it was them.

You can see those kids and older ppl playing just dont give a shit about the violence, even tho I myself dislike gratitous gore (at least for the most part) in fiction, you can see that those kids and everyone playing realize its basically a cartoon, and fatalities are like what that kid said in one simple word: "fun". At the end of the day Beast wars was more violent and vulgar in asesne just that it was robots and not humans, and the way its viewed is I guess rightfully different, but still.
