The designers who made that Aeron secretaries chair. No longer build that 5% forward tilt on agronomical chairs, because it is not as good for your back as reclining. Chris you were one of the first Video’s that I saw when looking for a better chair. You suggested leaning forward in the chair. This is known to increase stress on the lower back. It took a while for me to uncover the truth after you sent me off in the wrong direction.

You were smart to spend money on a good chair. And you are so right about your butt. You know that little bone at the end of your spine is very important. Expecially if you sit a lot like you do. I think it's called the cocyx..something like that. I have arthritis in my spine. Ouchy!

I have a big leather high back chesterfield style chair. Probably doesn't cost as much as some of the higher end ergonomic chairs but it looks impressive. That and I'll probably die of over work before back problems catch up with me anyway.

Oh Flarge Snots! There I am in the first frame. Great chair. Feeling good is important. The one job I had everone got these chairs with so many Adjustments that people could never get them right. So many had back issues. After they closed the office and laid us all off, Back problems gone! Go figure!
