Lol. This team no longer exists, the people change every year. 90% of the team is made of beginners. Most schools keep their stars around for four years. This team still rocked trophies with little experience because these guys are the shit.
The team needs a lot of work. There's no intensity or control of the rifle slams, nor on the spins. Angles of execution and cutaways all need a lot of work. The routine itself is pretty boring, actually. Also, I would change the commanders outfit to the same as those on the team, it takes away from people looking just at the commander because the white stands out, and rather looking at the team as a whole. Commander, starting at 7:22 YOU NEED to keep your mouth closed. Its improper bearing.
went to sjms 1990 -1994 tidmore was one of the better s.m.a was in bravo company and charlie company most of the time. been uuuup to sgt and down to R.A.T.T. FOR Ssmoking/chewing miss it though for the most part name is robert nylen anyone else from back then?
@SF21 its cool, i understand your taking up for your team, just throwing out some tips. I graduated c/LTC from my ROTC Battalion. Check out the highlights from the Nationals at Daytona Beach from 2003-2005. You'll see the program that i participated in get ridiculously creative with it. I'm even willing to send old videos if you would like trick ideas for upcoming drill meets.
it lacked creativity, i seen numerous school perform theses trick and alot more difficult ones. The cadet in the white uniform demonstrates great skills in exhibition but the platoon lacks percision. Practice will help the precision and im sure that the Commander can create a more appealing sequence that brings more out of the platoon instead of depending on his solo. The 'juggling" yall perform shows no difficulty at all, space it out more and insert a few spins while tossing the weapons.
The 113th Corps is still at the top of the list. We set the first record during AFI.
