It's a spell from a mod (it says that right at the beginning of the video). You should be able to find the specific mod with Google I think. It's quite a fun mod.

If your character is of a high enough level (high strength and does a lot of damage) your character will send bodies flying. The mod spell that I used just gave the characters ridiculous amounts of strength.

well, quest has nothing to do with it. the whole system, though largly flawed, is based on level. daedric comes around lv 20. that is the EXACT number in the construction set's leveled lists. also, enchanted really is about the same, seems all you need to do is find a marauder warlord to kill.

well if you do the main guest when you do the "blood of the dreada" wait till your about lvl 20 then the vampires have dreada armor kill them and you get them (they don't have helmet tho)
