I wouldn't believe this story necessarily. The media loves to portray mothers as monsters. That makes it much easier for Big Brother to infringe on our rights (e.g., by taking babies and children away from parents they deem to be unfit). It wouldn't be the first time a mother was charged with murder when in fact the death was an accident or caused by the medical system. @Nulono - yes, that's what they always say, as if they are experts in grief, and remorse is something you only feel if you are guilty, and as I stated, I'm not so sure she is. You should watch my video on Dr. Charles Smith, a very evil "expert" who was instrumental in sending innocent parents to jail for "murder." In one case, he couldn't even (apparently) tell the difference between scissor wounds & dog bites. Some people are just incredibly evil, and use child "protection" to do evil.

As of this point, I havent really seen any evidence that could convict the mother anyway. Allegedly she suffocated the baby under bedding, but w/o witnesses, and anything to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, I dont think there would be sufficient evidence for conviction.

While I do feel this is an absolutely ridiculous law, due process in the conviction issues still stands.
