not a smart place to sit and watch a flash flood . I have seen several vehicles get washed off of that crossing.

Lotsa people have died thinking they can drive through something like that, even in a 4WD vehicle. NEVER underestimate the raw power of even just a few inches of flowing liquid....and in this case, liquid filled with mud and debris. The ONLY contact your vehicle has with the road is its tires and as soon as friction starts to get lost between the car being pushed sideways and ooze and water getting between the tires and the road, you are heading for deep deep trouble. Don't try it!

at the start, it looked like it was coming in slow, but when you moved to the side of it, it was going sooo fast, just shows how people can be decived by the velocity of the water!!!

Awesome Vid ,... If gives a glimpse into the Asian Tsunami or the Arkansas flood were several people sadly perished .. Its amazing that the water just keeps coming and coming ... in this case on a sunny day .. with no rain clouds, no warning ... and the current is soo fast !!

Totally crazy how this just appears from nowhere, it seems, with no rain falling and the sun out at this location.

It doesn't look that deep, and you might think you could drive through it, or even walk. You'd be gone in seconds if you tried.
