(contemporary). oooo...i wanna go so bad. good for him. btw...love travis wall with all my heart!!!! sad thing is, is that in order to be accepted into a prestigipus dance school (most of the time), u have to have naturally long legs, and a strong neck. im 13, 5'1, and have short but strong legs. :( l oh well. this guy is my new best friend. much better than the last lady i watched-korea.

People... he was seventeen. Give him a break. This is his AUDITION. The fact that he is just barely starting his work as a dancer and had that amount of control and poise is impressive. The things you mentioned are lacking are supposed to be learned through schooling.

I thought the leg extensions did well to bring out the dance's style on a whole. IMO, the dance relies heavily on the leg (dare I say 'too much reliance'?), with many pirouettes, flutter kicks and much other legwork of extensions and retractions, and because of this variety, I didn't feel sick of it.
