I had a good time with the Princess cruise. Just don't take too many drinks. Cost 10.50 dollars per a day as a tip. Drink water and buy drinks in the ports. The Glacier was nice. Amazing tour.
Patty, glad you had a good time, I love Princess Cruise Lines, but your agent or whoever you booked with should have told you that the "service charge" of $10.50 per day per person is not mandatory, they automatically put it on every day, but you can go at the end of the cruise and ask for them to take it off if you want to before you pay the final bill! Also every drink you bought on ship actually got a 15% tip added onto it so you already tipped them plenty!
@wtraveling Oh thanks. I wish I knew. This was my first cruise. The good thing is my bill did not pass from the $700 dollars. Thank you so much for letting me know, because I am planning to go again next year. Possible Baja,but Alaska still the best last choices for me.

I went on a cruise to Alaska with Princess Cruises; I got seasick when the boat started moving faster.
