I have to agree Hard off totally seems to have less now. I think i saw a special on tv and it showed a lot of vending machines in Japan and Japan has some of the coolest vending machines in the world :) ... but I guess a lot of cool gadgets and stuff are in Japan. I think the thing that I like the most about 'stuff' in Japan is how well it's thought out in order to actually be helpful... man I need to move there someday :D

yeah, model weaponry is HUGE in Japan since civilians aren't allowed to have real firearms. They're incredibly crafted, and about as close to the real thing as you can get without actually being able to kill someone with it.

@akumacornflakes No kidding, I have a KSC M93R (the one the robocop gun was based on) which fires high powered caps and man does it look and feel convincing. Works just like the real thing too. You'd get in trouble for sure walking round the streets with that!

We have vending machines of those type in the US as well. I'd say I remember seeing them as far back as four years ago. They didn't have the hot and the cold sections, but they id have that frickin' awesome robotic grabber. I'll have to take a video of it next time I go to Wal-mart if they still have it there... if not I know of a few at a convention center in Pittsburgh.
