take out the motherboard and make sure you take out the bios battery or it will blow up preheat your oven to 350F put your board in for 10 mins let it cool down put it back together and it's all good also works on YLOD as well

It happened to mine also yesterday, after fallout new vegas fucking glitched, the ps3 started doing that.
