I could see for that rule being there cuz if they talked to a kid, the kid would be like "Heyyyy you're not...". Yeah. But why not to older teens that know they're just people in costumes acting like in theater??? :/ I wouldn't mind it if I got to talk to Stitch or Pinocch...
