@Skarnageable casuals? im pretty sure bf is hardcore equally across all platforms. im foaming at the mouth to play BF2 project reality but my computer cant even run bf2 (it can run HL2 but only at 30 frames, also worth mentioning i dont have a gfx card) and my friends are on xbox. you only get 32 people and CQ 64, so yeah we dont have that much less

also my internet is in the lowest 10% in the world and the lowest 6% in the US. so i cant do online on pc without lag. consoles are nearly lagless.
