He just makes everything he plays sound so good. He makes relatively simple melodies sound exquisite, he plays complex stuff so smooth and seamless that you think you can play it the same , 'till you try , but he never overplays and so is tasteful to perfection.
what brand of guitar is he playing here???? it appears to be some derivation of a push/pull.....cause as you can see his F lever moves when he lowers his E's......is this an Emmons guitar????????????
, or an early Promat????? any idea???? doesn't look like an Emmons badge.........
Bill to the best of my knowledge all MCI/EMCI guitars are all pull, so why would the F lever move when you lower the E's????? does anybody know?????it's gotta be a push/pull....... I do not own a p/p but I am of the assumption that this only occurs on p/p guitars because of the "lowering slack"?????????
..........as a matter of fact I am fixing to buy an EMCI, just because I love the tone, that Buddy got while he was playing those guitars.
I love that!!!!! Wowie wow wow!!!!!! One of my favorite songs and was no doubt dedicated to your wife!!!! I sure hope you continue to play and not retire cause there are alot of folks needing to hear you yet....
@haybaler97 The Changer looks a little close to be a P/P but it could just be the way I'm looking at it?

@southernsportsman424 To the best of my recollection, that is an EMCI steel. I'm not sure why the F lever moves when it does.
Thanks for asking,
Bill
