Thanks for watching! Yes I'll have to try pork chops. It's funny, the last time I cooked a steak on the wood stove my wife pulled in the driveway and smelled the awesome aroma of a grilled steak. I didn't realize how the good smell was permeating my neighborhood !!Thanks again for the comments
I seriously laughed out loud about dropping the test piece of meat, but I think the insert is a great idea. I'd do all my grilling on a stove like that all Winter. Looking forward to more demos!
I have a Pellet stove,used it for drying walnuts but not cooking. Not planning on getting a wood
