So do I! The first video I saw of McLoughlin's was of her makeing cupcakes with flowers on top. When ever I make iceing I come to youtube and watch the video for a refresher. She does a very good job at presenting and interacting with the camera.

I actually really like Chef McLoughlin's videos. I think she does a swell job with them (unlike some of the other chefs the CIA tends to feature).
