yeah this looks like a difficult intubation and if a real person came in with a plastic neck, tongue, trachea etc., this doc would probably have the same troubles however thank god that our patients are made of soft tissue that is much more pliable than this plastic model. the idea is not to tear down the procedure, its to get the idea of how the bougie works, which on a real person it works great without all the trauma that was pictured.
Ow. Ow. OW. Jam that blade in and twist and jiggle it around as hard as possible so that you cause so much oral trauma that you'll be left w/ no choice but 2 cric the poor guy. A real human would've incurred SEVERE trauma after your blade accidentally dismantles. Yes, there are difficult intubations, but your video is embarrassing in representing health care providers. At least practice before you videotape....
Damn, yo. Looks like you'd be paying for a new set of teeth if that were a real patient lol. I'd recommend better positioning.

Not even used a stethoscope to listen to the lungs. this is what not to do, keep practicing with dolls that do not look for problems.
