@Andrek79 Yes, you're right about not mixing veggies. And although I've only been on protocol for 16 days (so I'm by no means an expert) I've lost 12.8 lbs while mixing veggies almost the entire time. The only thing that has slowed my weight loss is when I cheated and went totally off protocol. Also if you want to be a purist I bet onion powder would work just as well! Happy releases!
Thank you so much! I am definitely trying this soon. I was curious if you could use Bragg's Amino Acid in place of the Soy Sauce? This may cut down on the sodium a bit and a lot of people use Bragg's on P2 without any issues and tastes good as well. This recipe looks great. Thanks again!
@chunknomore Thanks for checkin out my vlog...Yep I've been using Bragg's Amino Acids too, which I love and I bet it would taste very similar in this recipe. I just wanted to try soy sauce on this one because I wanted the authentic chinese flavor. Hey...have you tried Braggs apple cider vinegar? I've been drinking a tbsp mixed with a glass of water each day. Next I'm gonna try the California Kicker. Just a little nervous because I have cayenne powder, not capsules...maybe tomorrow ;-) -Kam
@HcgKam Oh cool about the Bragg's Amino. Yes I've tried the ACV. Holy $%@$# I almost barfed on that lol. I got to figure out how to get that down without losing it. I also tried the kicker and omg that was so brutal. I did 2 pills and that was really stupid of me. Maybe just powder cayenne would be better cause you could tone it down on the first run. Good luck! You are brave!
Thanks for this! I am left wondering if mixing veggies (ie cabbage & onion) is going to prevent weight loss. I have been told to not mix them.

I use soy sause calle Nama Shoyu , it's "raw", unpasturized and nothing added.
I also make a lot of soups, I find myself feeling more chilly on this diet, so soups hit the spot.
