@docm77 Doc you should of got the i7 3960k because it is unlocked and unleashed and easily overclocked to 4.0 Ghz + and is over 400 dollars cheaper than the i7 3960x

I have dual ATI HD6850s and have the same problem. When I play Skyrim with dual it its laggy, but with just one it works great, wtf?

Don't worry. If the processor was smoked from overclocking, the hard drive is almost definitely still intact should be easy to copy the data from it, or even just use the old drive

.

Besides, if the drive was wrecked, he would lose his skyrim save too.

Docm, You need to know your way around the Mages College at Winterhold.

From the circular courtyard there is 1.Hall of Countenance (Mages sleeping quarters) buy spells there from the mages. 2.Hall of Attainment (apprentice sleeping quarters) your room is first on right, first level (Chests to store stuff.) Lots of stuff (Soul Gems, coin) to steal there. 3. Hall of Elements (Arcainium, and Arch Mages Quarters). 4. Entrance to Midden (Trap door) 5. Exit to Winterhold.

oh and some tips:

-press C for quick acces to spell, scroll down to 'active effects' to see how long buffs and debuffs last.

-Barbas is a quest dog that will push you towards the quest objective and will be annoying if you don't complete the quest, he is also unkillable by any means.

-Any trainer will sell spells of his/her school and buy mage related items. you need to find Faralda for destruction spells. The mage in whiterun also sells many spells.

Wow, the game goes much more smooth now and the details are amazing! By the way, @docm77 you can buy spell tomes from the mages of the jarl's court (the mage of Whiterun sells lots of stuff, and there is also an alchmey ingredients shop); and you can forge atronach stuff in the Atronach forge you found in the Midden.

You should do the j'zargo quest right away he follows you after you do it and j'zargo is the only follower who levels up his skills and overall level of 81 witch is the max for you and he does alot of damage with distruction spells and he is a destruction class mage so he is perfect for your character.

Doc, if you want to buy destruction spells you can talk to Faralda, which can be found in the hall of attainment (where you were when you ended the video), and also you can buy REALLY good spells from Enthir, whitch you saw, just tell him " i know your an elf that can do things" ;P (i feel like a nerd)
