well you can print on textured paper, you can go to distort add noise and play around with it to blend it in so it looks natural, those are two ways off the top of my head

this is done straight onto the computer screen using software. Photoshop has all the tools to do this and maybe a digital drawing tablet instead of the mouse.

u use a very different tecnique than other vids i see

in other speed painting vids they get all the shading and then they add in details

you seem to do it all in one smooth step

Very good - there seem to be a lot of photo referenced speedpaintings going on. Would be even MORE fun to see these artists doing motive of their own instead of "just" redo a film frame. Not that theres anything bad about it - technically its really cool. But as I said, theres a LOT of photo copying going on right now.
