Not to put too sinister a spin on this horrific disaster but -- how can you quickly and utterly collaspe global economies? Why, cause 8.9 scale earthquakes around the globe - specifically near nuclear powerplants. Who's next? If I were a betting person, I'd probably place "RED" on California or Texas/Arkansas.
