  • has studied medicine and does it for a living, i would assume that the BBB, success magazine and wall street have alot more resources for researching a company like MLM or network marketing than the average joe

  • as far as people using the excuse "i make good money at my job" we are all very happy for you, but what if you have a need that exceeds the ammount of money that your job has told you your time is worth? is your job gonna give you a signifigantg pay raise just cause your havin some hardships?people give their lives to a job, something they will never own, have no control over, cause you are always expendable, their is always someone who works harder, faster, and for a cheaper price than you..

  • in actuallity, neither a job or network marketing are pyramid schemes, but the defintion of a pyramid scheme does describe what a job is..ceo/executives on top, gettin weathy off the backs of the regular employees..reason bein is ceo's and executives make a part of their income from company given stock options, harder the employee works, more money the company makes, higher the stock price, more money THEY make

  • Hey follow me @ChrysJusPrada14 guys

  • What's crazy is that most of the people on this comment board don't even know what a real pyramid scheme is. People in America are so crazy and quick to speak on something and not know what they are talking about.

  • @soyfity actually, it is clear that YOU do not know what a pyramid scheme is if you are calling employment a pyramid scheme, and I agree that you are a complete piece of garbage with no morals at all. I've never been asked to recruit one person, nor do I make the bulk of money recruiting others. THAT is a pyramid scheme, and a proven non sustainable business model. Whatever imbecile "motivator" on a podium told you that employment is a pyramid scheme is almost as stupid as you are.

  • @jtors5 I finish with one pile of dog crap, and here I have to respond to an even bigger pile of dog crap. You idiotic morons have no idea what you are talking about, and yes you stupid imbecile, I am talking to YOU. Get off of my nutsack and get a life. If you want to see what a piece of garbage looks like, look in the mirror. I am so tired of you whining, broke people complaining of what you think a pyramid scheme is. Screw you and your kids. Stupid Fool...

  • @soyfity I'll bet you $10,000 that what you do is closer to a pyramid scheme than someone that has an actual real job that is not a scam. Again, your pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model, you will never succeed and will make a complete fool of yourself trying to.

  • @jtors5 Instead of wanting to bet me, why don't you take that $10,000 and buy yourself half of a brain. Here is what a Pyramid scheme looks likes: CEO, Vice President, Regional Director, Director, Managers, Supervisors, then Employees. The CEO is at the top of the Pyramid, making all of the $, the Employees is at the bottom, making very little $. The employees will NEVER make more than the CEO. Get a clue man!! You have just been school. We learn something everyday. Smile..

  • @soyfity Again, you are proving that you don't know what a pyramid scheme is. Here is the definition: "A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. Pyramid schemes are a form of fraud" In other words, what YOU do. Literally has nothing to do with employment or having a manager.

  • @jtors5 By your constant "obliviating", you are showing me you have a doughnut in your head where your brain should be. Do you have a JOB? Who is your Boss? Do you make more than the person who runs the business where you work? If you answer NO to these questions, then my idiotic friend you are apart of a Pyramid scheme. I will tell you like I told that other brain dead loon on this same forum, go jump in a ice cold lake and quit bugging me. Get a life you numbnut!!!!

  • @soyfity obviously you did not read the definition of a pyramid scheme. Regardless of what the jackass a little higher on the pyramid told you, there is one definition. I know you need to make up your own idea of a pyramid scheme to not feel like a horrible person, but ...you still are.

  • @jtors5 I may be a horrible person to you, but clearly to me, you are a misguided douchebag. Listen here, I don't know if you realize this or not but you need at least 2 million dollars for retirement. Do you have that in the bank right now? Do you have a great retirement plan set up with your "JOB"? You dummies think that you present JOB is the way to go, but you are so wrong. I am not apart of some illegal pyramid scheme, I am a real business man. When will you wake up to reality? Soon?

  • @soyfity as soon as you realize that a pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model, you will realize that you are a complete jackass.

  • @jtors5 I will be that with millions of dollars in the bank. You my friend can kiss my black ***. And at the end of the day, you are still a douchebag with no real sense of what is happening in this thing called life. Do me a favor, DIE.... Just DIE.

  • @soyfity just like your hero Don Lapre, hope you turn out just like him.

  • @soyfity Your comment about needing 2 million dollars to retire is laughable. You have not taken into account employer pensions, government pensions and social security.

You're one of those fools who thinks working for an MLM is equivalent to running your own business. All I can say is READ YOUR CONTRACT! Answer me this: who owns the clients you garner? Your contract EXPLICITLY reads that the clients you garner are THE SOLE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF THE MLM. Translation: you don't own shit.

  • @nazi30215

And you've got that info from where? Your ass? Fucktard

  • @yoranasshole Erm... me thinks he's a troll, seeing as his name is Nazi...

  • LMAO ever heard of Maslows Hierarchy Of Needs? Pyramid Of Power?(new world order) A job ? LIFE IS A PYRAMID. your job is a pyramid. The Boss/CEO of a company are the top. Why people FAIL is cuz they didn't do it correctly or EDUCATE themselves about money and how to do it. Like DUH! Rome wasn't built in a day.

  • Sounds like Primerica if you ask me.

  • What most peons seem to not know is that a JOB is a real pyramid scheme. Having some one over you, making more money than you do is a pyramid scheme, because NO MATTER how hard you work, you will never make more than the BOSS. People are so quick to call anything outside of a JOB a pyramid scheme. Quite stupid if you ask me.......Carry on

  • @soyfity are you retarded? You are paid a salary at a job. You are not paid by recruiting other people to do nothing but recruit others.

  • @johnnymac497 are you an idiot? I think you are. JOB=Just Over Broke. The JOB market today is in the crapper and people are needing to come up with a plan B fool. Any business that allows you to leverage your time and make money off of other people's efforts is not a Pyramid scheme. Try thinking before you let ignorance spew from your mouth. If you want to see what retarded looks like, look in the mirror. Carry on..

  • @soyfity congrats, you have been brainwashed to exploit your family and friends into a pyramid scheme. I guarantee if there is a hell, you are going there.

  • @johnnymac497 Is that the best you got? I am not going to hell buddy, and for the record I am apart of a wonderful program that has NOTHING to do with a pyramid scheme. You are obviously one of those broke, struggling JOB minded persons who have been laid off more than once. I hope that the light of reality shines upon you real soon. JOBs are few and far between, so finding an alternative is the way to go. Wake up!!!

  • @soyfity I am not broke, I have an actual real job. Even if I was broke, I wouldn't be pathetic enough to exploit my friends and family in a pyramid scheme as you have done.

  • @johnnymac497 Yeah, you may have a JOB, but I am willing to bet you have not gotten a raise in years. I run into pessimistic nutjobs like you all of the time. Don't want to believe in anything other than your low rent JOB. Who is the CEO of your JOB? Do you make more $ than him/her? Can you take off for an entire month and still get paid? The bottom line is you're already apart of a Pyramid scheme, and you don't even know it. Nothing pathetic about what I do.

  • @soyfity wow, this is amusing.. you actually seem to be under the impression that you are not a complete scumbag! Excellent brainwashing was performed on you by people at the top of the pyramid. Employment is a not a pyramid scheme. Again, a pyramid scheme is when you are paid to recruit others and provide little or no service. That is what you do, not me.

  • @johnnymac497 Wow, what a better comeback. Again I am willing to bet that you are one of those broke, JOB minded maniacal windbags who sit on the side lines of life, who constantly criticize someone doing something different than you. Don't hate on me because I am living life to the fullest and NOT scamming anyone in the process. I detect a little hostility in your last post, which lets me know that I am hitting a nerve with you. Once again, you are an employee minded nimrod. Be easy buddy.

  • @soyfity again I am willing to bet that you are one of those broke, brainwashed morons that scams and exploits his friends and family for a few dollars. I make plenty of money and do not need a pyramid scheme. Enjoy hell.

  • @johnnymac497 Stop lying you idiot. You would not even responded if you were really doing well in life. No scams going on here. I consider someone like you the scum that I wipe from the bottom of my wingtips. You go to Hell first LOSER! Like I said before, if you want to see a moron, a retarded nutjob, a brainwashed idiot, a broke fool, LOOK IN THE MIRROR PUNK... Enjoy your day and if you need some schooling, hit me up. Peace.

  • @soyfity so, what's it like to exploit your friends and family with a pyramid scheme?

  • @johnnymac497 Yada Yada, you really are a brain dead loon. What is it like to have to go to a JOB everyday and deal with a company that couldn't care less about you or your family? Passive income is the way to go these days, but you wouldn't know anything about that now would you? I just figured you out; you have the mentality of a Jackass, not surprised though. Please go jump in a lake and stop bugging me and wasting my precious time loser. Your JOB is a pyramid scheme, get it?

  • @soyfity is this your idiotic pitch to get me to join your pyramid scheme? by saying that a job is a pyramid scheme? you must have run out of friends and family to exploit, or they will not talk to you anymore. anyway, no thanks.

  • @johnnymac497 Didn't I ask you to go jump into a lake you douchebag? You are definitely not the type of person I would want to work with. I work with winners and optimistic people, not whining, non believing losers like YOU! Now for the last time, STOP BUGGING ME....

  • @nazi30215 Do you have any documentation to prove this?

  • @nazi30215 HAIL HITLER !

  • Another lie revealed:

FHTM is no longer authorized to use the DuPont name, logo, or trademark in any way. FHTM should immediately discontinue the use of any materials containing the DuPont logo. Our right to use DuPont’s name, logo and trademark was revoked because FHTM abused the system by creating and distributing unapproved marketing materials that displayed the DuPont logo.

  • pyramid schemes are AWESOME!! it totally screws stupid white trash people out of their hard earned monies... how cool is that??

  • go talk to brig hart, tim robbins, randy shrader, Steve Merrit and all the other multli millionaires that have made it big in network marketing...i'm personally met people who have increased there incomes dramatically doing network marketing... if you want to stick with your 40-40 plan go ahead because you are being left behind

  • @Hkhan23 awesome, super excited, i'm all fired up!

  • youtube.com/watch?v=v0M-TU5qk0I

  • Yeah people do..do a lot of crazy stuff when they get a lot of money, those people getting a lot of money use it to scam and just get more money like what the eff, kiinnnda like Google Adsense though it's not a pyramid but a scam, though pyramid scams are reallly BIG scams remember to really review

  • @TheRevenantStudios Please explain what is a pyramid scheme??? i want to hear it from you

  • @Hkhan23 It's a cycle where you work for someone by getting members for members to get members for members to get members, promises money that you later find out is impossible. You can't either expand that kind of business nor expand the kind of money you think you'll get with all the members needed to be paid. In the pyramid scheme, the boss actually has an constantly increasing rate (like a pyramid) of now much money he has to keep giving out, which obviously no one would do anyways

  • @TheRevenantStudios Right so kind of like a conventional business or corporation...where the boss makes all the money, then its the CEO, then upper management, then lower management, then district managers then franchise managers, then employees are guarenteed only minimum wage with very little increase...will the employees ever make more then their managers? or will the CEO ever make more then the boss? In a credible network marketing company, you can make more money then the guy above you...

  • @Hkhan23 It's all up to the boss, all the workers besides the boss do nothing but ask for more people, pretty pointless, it's like the people are just slaving in money. As an example, you pay to get into some "business", and you get more people so they can pay to get into this "business" and the same goes for each of the people he gets into the business, amounting at the rate of a multiplication chart. Their's no real work, ALL your really doing is getting your boss money at an increasing rate.

  • @Hkhan23 Sadly, it's impossible to logically make more money than your boss.

  • @Hkhan23 = Guaranteed no money for you, and possibly money to them out of your own wallet

  • @TheRevenantStudios and you got it wrong, you do not work for someone.. you work for yourself but not by yourself, i've personally met people who were dirt poor and worked hard at a credible network marketing company and are very wealthy now, if you have a tangible or consumable product or service being purchased and there is a system in place where you can make more money then the guy above you, where is the pyramid scheme in that?

  • @Hkhan23 Well if you have a product that needs to be constantly purchased in order to circulate through the business then probably this Multi Level Marketing I've heard of. It all depends on what the boss does with the money his using you guys to bring in.

  • @TheRevenantStudios a pyramid scheme is when there is no product or service being consumed and purchased where it is just a dollar chasing a dollar, or when you cannot make more money then the guy above you..According to the U.S dept of labour and the direct selling association you are 5 times more likely to 100 thousand dollars in network marketing then in a conventional business or job. Why work 40 hours a week for 40 years of your life trying to make it in this corporate world?

  • @Hkhan23 It's possible with products, the boss can just buy a 1 cent product and sell it for 50$ with entering the business and the boss will keep buying that product to keep using it to keep receiving that extra 49$ all for himself. Just the pyramid scheme in a different form.

  • @TheRevenantStudios i'm not saying there are pyramid schemes out there. but the companies in the direct selling industry are NOT all pyramid schemes, that is where a indivual with a brain can do their own research into a company by reviewing it's compensation plan, consume the products, look into the company and make a decision for themselves, any company in retail makes money weather their cost being 1 cent or 50 cents, but let's be realistic.. who can produce a product for only 1 cent??

  • @Hkhan23 Well I guess your right, I've known companies to work like that, but in this world of advancement anything that "could" happen is starting to happen and I think scams might still find there way around products. You just got to know which business has been known to be legit, you never know.

  • as the old saying goes. If it sounds to good to be true. Then it probably is. Theres this one I found and it says It's not a pyramid scheme, but it looks like one it's called GDI website . ws or something like that. Does anyone know if they one is a pyramid scheme?

  • As with any company, product and opportunity you have to do your homework and thorough research. When I was introduced to GDI I started right away because of no starting cost and then I did homework and found out that it is reputable company. It is a DSA memeber and listed in the INC 500 magazine. I get checks in the mail every month from the company and Wells and Fargo. My name is Justin call me anytime with ?'s 704-890-9945

  • Actually there is a slightly modified version of the scheme that is pretty popular in places with a large unemployment right now. It doesn't target people to get them to invest money, it targets people who HAVE no money and try to get work. And it then does the same the other pyramid scheme's do except that they do it with the labor you invest which they claim to pay you for but won't at the beginning and not really later either until you recruited a certain amount of people.

  • @Supenmanu yea College Pro painters is kinda like that i worked there and it was really bad.

its basically like a pyrimid scheme but modified just enough that it is legal

  • I ran across this video, made me curious on what information people are listening to. What would prevent a person getting involved in a Pyramid Scheme? Getting educated on what one is. Before you take on a business opportunity. educate your self first. Need some tips.......

  • this videos a pyramid scheme!

  • the real question is quite simply is it a real product or one that you would never want without the opportunity that's attached to it.

  • here my mom was getting "harassed" by some of the dietary supplement Scams, I told her there was no such thing as "Free" for those companies, the product indeed work but at the price on not only reducing your weight but wallet, fortunately I manged to find some loopholes on the company that make them refund us thanks to our state laws, therefore no big loss than just a couple of 20's

  • i want to get scammed yeah i want to lose money yeah sausage papa johns pizza

  • hmm, so, what is a pyramid scheme?

  • @kernall82 So your claim is that of the 97% that invested in an MLM/Pyramid Scheme and failed to make any money didn't simply because they made little to no effort. Do you have first-hand knowledge of this? Any documented facts to back your statement? Or perhaps your statement is just the typical MLMer generalized "blame the victim" type statement to justify your deceptive practices.

  • A Nauseating MLM Stat: 97% Of MLMers Make Under $10/wk! That's as real as it gets kernall82.

  • Very informative video. Keep up the good work.

  • @WorldVenturesScam The ones who earned no money or little money did little or NO work. To earn money anywhere you have to put out effort? Imagine that! Did you figure you could get rich by signing your name? What makes you so special? Get real!

  • can anyone tell me if team mak is a pyramid scheme? they failed to get me but my bro and his dumb bitch of a girlfriend have been sucked in. im 99% convinced its a scam

  • I'm not familiar with "team mak" specifically, but here is the key to recognizing a "pyramid scheme" that the vid doesn't explain clearly. In order to be a legitimate mlm opportunity, the company has to have an actual physical product or service to offer customers. They can't just say invest $XXX.XX then get 2 to invest $XXX.XX in a seemingly endless loop. I hope this helps.

  • thanks for that. now im 100% sure. cheers

  • i looked at it and it looked like a scam

  • yeh well hopefully when my pussywhipped mate gets rid of his stupid psycho bitch of a gf then maybe ill be able to talk some sense into him

  • it is a scam

  • Great video!
