Check out Dr Ann Wigmore. She's done amazing work with cancer patients with wheatgrass juice. It's the most nutritious of all juices; as a vitamin & mineral food supplement it's unequalled. Personally, I reckon it tastes like crap, but I absolutely testify to the profound difference it's made to my own health. You have to grow it and cut it fresh, juice it and drink it immediately to get the full benefit.
Anyone who really wants the full benefit of wheatgrass juice should check out Ann Wigmore, who restored her own health by adopting a diet based on raw grasses. She carried out tests to show that wheatgrass juice is the most nourishing of all juices, containing all the nutrients to sustain a human in perfect health. It's central to the raw diet necessary to help restore health to cancer patients. As a vitamin and mineral food supplement it is unequalled.
great video.. I saw the first one and you really made me laugh. That's great to see us learn from new experiences. Thanks for this update. and keep up the good work. This is a reall honest video done from the heart. God bless,
when starting to drink wheatgrass they say to start off slow with just a 1-2 ounce shot and then start to increase more shots through out the day after a few days, I think due to it detoxing benefits, and if you detox to quickly you might get sick but if your healthy person and have a clean diet, I don't think it will matter that much, as long as you didnt become ill from it but fresh pressed juice is always the best.
@kristenvogel Your comment is a year old but this is for new viewers. Humans lack the necessary enzyme to digest grass like cows. But yes, we can eat small quantities of grass (NOT the lawn!). Undigestible cellulose fiber aids in the smooth working of the intestinal tract.
Clip at 6 - 8" tall about 1/2" square of leaves 1" from the soil. Chew. It's very sweet & tasty (similar to stevia--not as strong) w/ complex sugars & nutrients. I discard the fiber ball when the flavor fades. Enjoy often.
sorry...I mean school of natural healing...that's what I get for typing after midnight :)
