the actual quotations are taken from official declarations that FDR made..being that i read tons of history i am pulling from a variety of sources, but the "Collapse of the Dollar" is a great book to read about FDR's monetary policies.

It is a possibility, but risk for physical confiscations will lead to physical confrontations. Word around is they are going to go after ETF's because they know people are very well informed and prepared for confiscations. They can automatically make a massive withdraw from peoples accounts without any interference. I don't believe in opinions, there's alot of very educated and informed people whom are sharing this.
