find which section its in like palm bay or white lake or .e then find a map that shows all the billboards in that location and i guess go to everyone until you find it. haha thats how i did it

if you are on PS3 its even easier. you can just upload your save game to the official criterion website, then the map will only show the billboards, smashes and jumos that are still missing in your save game
