A really well deserved spot for a -wonderful- song. The theme itself is filled with emotions, and you can -see- the last days of the desperate Griffin Empire before your eyes.

Dude great start - I've got a lot of recommends: Ultima series, esp. U7, final fantasy 1, and chrono trigger... etc. Luckily this is only RPG or the list'd be endless!!!
Music is personal taste, so this is ultimately your list.

I'm not gonna hate on your list you have a good taste in music but your missing out on alot of games that had great music such as the mana series, Zelda series, hate to say it but kingdom hearts had some great music, xenogears OF COURSE and GRANDIA, soooo many music but then again u might of played and it just didnt suit ya haha

@bigdragon680 Well, since strategy games seem to be in, Warlords 2 and Warlords 2 Deluxe had old-school but awesome themes. And if we want to go *really* oldschool, I'm a big fan of the music from Stuart Smith's Adventure Construction Set, which is from about 1983.
