I will tell you exactly what happened, he probably turned the camera off because he was removing her from the room. She then failed to follow instructions, FREAKED OUT LIKE AN IDIOT like she did just moments before, and fell WITH HER HANDS CUFFED BEHIND HER BACK so she couldn't catch herself and hit her nose on the floor. Nose bleeds can be really bad (personal experience Ive seen nose bleeds with twice as much blood as that) and both eyes are capable of turning black.
